GrindMap

Privacy Policy

Last updated 5 June 2026

GrindMap (“we”, “us”) operates grindmap.com, a free, unofficial GTA 6 money-planning tool. This policy explains what data is involved when you use the site and the choices you have. We deliberately collect as little as possible: there are no passwords and no sign-up to use the free tool. The only personal data we handle is the email address of Pro subscribers, used to manage the subscription and let you restore access across your devices (details below).

Information we handle

Cookies and your choices

On your first visit, a banner lets you accept or decline non-essential cookies. The essential consent cookie that remembers your choice is always set, because it is required to honour your preference. You can withdraw consent at any time by clearing cookies for this site, which brings the banner back.

Advertising

To keep the tool free, we may display ads through Google AdSense. Ad cookies are used only after you accept non-essential cookies. Google may use cookies and similar technologies to serve and measure ads. You can learn more and opt out of personalised ads at Google’s advertising page and Google Ads Settings.

Payments

Pro subscriptions are processed by Stripe, a PCI-DSS compliant payment provider. Your payment details go directly to Stripe and are governed by Stripe’s privacy policy.

Who processes data on our behalf

Legal basis (GDPR)

International transfers

Some processors (Vercel, Google, Stripe) may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where they do, they rely on safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

Data retention

For free users we hold essentially no personal data. For Pro subscribers we retain your email and subscription status for as long as the subscription is active (and a short period after) to provide and manage access. The consent cookie lasts up to 180 days. If you opt in to the launch alert, we keep your email until you unsubscribe or the launch campaign ends. Our processors retain data according to their own policies.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct, erase, restrict, or object to processing of your personal data, the right to data portability, and the right to withdraw consent. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. To exercise any of these, email privacy@grindmap.com.

Children

GrindMap concerns an adult-rated (PEGI 18 / ESRB M) game and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 16.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time; the “last updated” date above reflects the latest version.
